My name is Renee, im 37 and a mum of 3. Im a fit and vivacious woman, who loves her career. Im a fully certified Personal Trainer, fully insured and registered with Fitness Australia. I am also a certified advanced Group fitness instructor of many Les Mills Programs, I want to use my life experience combined with my own fitness journey and career, to promote a change in attitude towards fitness.
